Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

1. Copyright Infringement Claims

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed in error due to a DMCA claim, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed in error
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of courts in Nevada
- Your physical or electronic signature
5. Takedown Procedures
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove the allegedly infringing material from our website and notify the content provider. We will provide the content provider with a copy of the DMCA notice and an opportunity to file a counter-notification.
6. Policy on Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of repeat copyright infringers. If a user violates copyright law multiple times, we will take appropriate action, up to and including permanent removal of all content and account termination.
